We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are utilizing excessive bandwidth or abusing the system.

Pornography, nudity, sexual imagery, offensive images or videos, and copyrighted material are strictly prohibited.
\nWe retain the right to decide appropriate content, and we may delete images or videos without prior notification.
\nCompliance with Laws:<\/p>\n
Users must adhere to all applicable laws in their location, including copyright and trademark laws.
\nUploading files that violate copyrights or trademarks is not allowed. In case of an infringement claim, the User may be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved.
\nIn disputes between participants on the site, HEXLOAD is not obligated to intervene.

HEXLOAD is not liable for the User's images, videos, or files, or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website.
\nNo claims are made regarding the future reliability of serving, hosting, or storing User content.
\nCooperation with Legal Authorities:<\/p>\n
HEXLOAD is committed to cooperating with any and all legal authorities if an investigation arises.
\nGeneral Provisions:<\/p>\n
Amendments to Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n
HEXLOAD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with future effect, notifying Users of such changes in advance.
\nService Availability:<\/p>\n
HEXLOAD provides Users with access to its services and strives for 24\/7 availability. However, restrictions may occur for security-related measures.
\nUpload\/Storing\/Content\/Information:<\/p>\n
Files uploaded by Users are considered external third-party information, and HEXLOAD is not responsible for their content.
\nProhibited Files\/Content\/Information:<\/p>\n
Users are prohibited from uploading files that violate applicable laws, contain malicious software, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in other prohibited activities.
\nSecurity of Stored Files\/Content\/Information:<\/p>\n
HEXLOAD does not open or inspect Users' stored files\/content unless required by official or judicial orders.
\nDeletion of Stored Files\/Content\/Information:<\/p>\n
HEXLOAD may delete files\/content that violates laws or terms. Users have no claim to perpetual or unlimited storage.
\nRegistered\/Logged-in Users:<\/p>\n
Users must provide accurate information, protect access data, and adhere to duties regarding access data.
\nHEXLOAD may transfer agreements to third parties, with the User's consent as outlined in data protection laws.
\nTermination of the Agreement:<\/p>\n
The agreement is generally for an indefinite period. Termination requires a 14-day notice, and HEXLOAD may delete User data upon termination.
\nBlocking of Access:<\/p>\n
HEXLOAD may block User access for various reasons, including IT security, incorrect access attempts, or enforcement of intellectual property rights.
\nAdvertising Measures:<\/p>\n
Advertising design and presentation are at HEXLOAD's discretion.
